Ink printing decolorization tester
NT 730 Ink printing decolorization tester( Printing Ink Rub Resistance Tester ) determines the wear resistance and decolorization degree of the tested object by rubbing it against white Daolin paper (or white book paper).This instrument is based on GB/T-7706 (or specially customized)
Test Principle
Fix the printed sample on the worktable. Wrap the friction head with standard white friction paper / white cloth. Under the load of standard weights, the friction head performs reciprocating linear friction with a specified stroke. It supports two test modes: dry friction and wet friction.
After the test:
- Observe the staining grade on the friction paper;
- Check ink layer wear and substrate exposure on the surface of printed samples;
- A spectrodensitometer can be used to measure the reduction of ink density and color difference ΔE for quantitative evaluation of ink rub resistance and decolorization performance.
Applicable Samples
Printed paper, color boxes, cartons, labels, books & periodicals, laminated printed products Printed ink layers on plastic films, cardboard and kraft paper PS plate photosensitive coating, wear resistance test of various surface coatings Water-based ink, solvent-based ink, UV ink, flexographic / offset / gravure printed products
