Automatic fineness grinding machine
The automatic fineness scraper is a special sample preparation instrument for fineness test in coating, ink and colorant laboratories. It replaces manual scraping to prepare standard test panels for grind gauge measurement. Constant speed and pressure are applied during automatic coating, eliminating human errors caused by inconsistent manual force and speed, and ensuring repeatable fineness test results. Widely used for particle fineness evaluation of inks and coatings.
Working Principle
Equipped with precision driving mechanism, the machine allows preset coating speed and scraping pressure. The grind gauge is clamped on the holder, and the substrate is placed on the high-flatness workbench. The carriage drives the fineness scraper to move linearly at constant speed and form uniform thin film on the substrate. The prepared sample panel can be tested with grind gauge to measure particle fineness.
